The Muslim Blueprint Return Policy
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customisable nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

* Colour-in prayer mats
- * Any other items tailored specifically for you
2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event your product arrives damaged or defective, we will:

* Accept notifications within 7 days of receipt.

* Require clear photographs of the damaged/defective item(s) and packaging.
- * Arrange a replacement or refund once the item is returned in its original packaging.
3. General Conditions for Returns

* Non-customised products must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

* Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- * Shipping costs for non-damaged/defective returns will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Exchange Policy
- * We do not offer exchanges for customised items. Non-customised products may be considered for exchange on a case-by-case basis.
